Returns and Exchanges Policy

Did you get the wrong size or color? Did you not like the product?

No problem! You can exchange or return your products easily.

 

Until when can I return the products?

You can exchange our products or request a return in the Next 30 calendar days to purchase.

 

What conditions must the product meet?

We ask that in order to return or exchange the product it must be yesunused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging and keep the labels attached to the item.

 

How many changes are possible?

All you need.

If you bought clothesthe first size change is on us

The first size change for a garment of the same model is FREE. This is subject to us having sizes available and does not apply to discounted items.

All other products can be exchanged or returned quickly and easily. In this case, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you are outside of mainland Spain, shipping costs may be incurred for changing clothing sizes. Send us a WhatsApp through the website at 667848853 or an email to hola@lunitasyduendes.com, and we will talk about your case.

 

Can I return a product that I received as a gift?

Clear!

If you received a product as a gift from our website, you can request its return. In that case, you will receive a gift card by email with the amount you paid for the product so that you can purchase any other item on our website. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

You can use your gift card whenever you want!

To process the return of a gift we will only need the order number or the buyer's first and last name.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person giving the gift decided to have the order shipped to them and then deliver it directly to you, we will send the refund directly to the buyer.

 What is the change procedure?

To exchange your products, send us an email to hola@lunitasyduendes.com , indicating the order number or email associated with the purchase. If it is more convenient for you, you can also send us a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Let us know by email what size you need and once we receive your request we will confirm its availability. We will proceed to reserve the product and send you a label so that you can manage the return shipping of the product that you have in your hands through the parcel company. 

Once we receive the product in our warehouses, we will proceed to send you your new product size. We will always keep you informed by email or Whatsapp.

What is the return procedure like?

To return your products, send us an email at hola@lunitasyduendes.com , indicating the order number or email associated with the purchase. If it is more convenient for you, you can also send us a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is received, we will proceed to send you a label for the return shipping of the product so that you can manage the shipment through the parcel company.

Returns and exchanges must be managed directly with us. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, since in that case we cannot manage your return or exchange request.

 

How do we manage refunds?

Once we receive the product, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item and we will proceed with the refund as long as the product meets the conditions indicated in this policy.

If your order has not had shipping costs because your purchase met the conditions and when you make your partial return, your final order is less than the free shipping amount, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund. Check our Shipping Policy for information on costs and free shipping.

If you return your complete order, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount to cover shipping costs.

Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used during the purchase.

 

How long do exchanges and refunds take?

The time of this management will depend on where you are and how long it takes for the product to return to our hands. Don't worry, we will notify you by email as soon as we receive the product to be exchanged or returned. Once we receive it we will start the exchange and refund process.
