          Do you have a physical store?

          Currently we only sell online (we do not have a physical store). Online sales allow us to work without borders and quickly manage all orders for our clients.

          We guarantee that products are stored and shipped with delicacy and care, wrapped in tissue paper and protected with bags made of recycled plastic.

          To protect the environment we do not include return labels in our packages, we will send them to you by email if necessary.

          What size should I buy?

          How and when will I receive my purchase?

          We send your purchase through a parcel service to the address you provide us. If you are in Madrid you can PICK UP your order FOR FREE by checking the option at the time of purchase and looking for it at our address.

          Delivery times depend on the type of shipping you choose:

          • Peninsular Spain: Express: 48 working hours or Standard: 3 working days
          • Balearic Islands: 4 to 5 working days
          • Canary Islands: temporarily suspended

          Please note that if you make your purchase on a Friday or during the weekend, the order may be processed on Monday. Parcel companies do not work on holidays, so your order will be managed the next business day. National and Community of Madrid holidays apply.

          How much do returns cost?
