Can I gift wrap my items?
Do you have a physical store?
Currently we only sell online (we do not have a physical store). Online sales allow us to work without borders and quickly manage all orders for our clients.
We guarantee that the products are stored and transported with delicacy and care. All products are shipped wrapped in tissue paper and recyclable cardboard boxes, which we protect with bags made of recycled plastic.
To protect the environment we do not include return labels in our packages, we will send them to you by email if necessary.
How will I receive my orders?
Your orders will be sent via a parcel service to the address you provide us. If you are in Madrid and wish, you can pick up your order by checking the option at the time of purchase and look for it at our address.

Balearic Islands: from 7€0
Otherwise, the costs are:
Shipping to Peninsular Spain:Delivery in 2 to 3 business days: from €4.99
Delivery in 24/48 working hours: from €7.99
Shipping to the Balearic Islands: € 11.50 (delivery in 4 to 5 business days )
Shipments to the Canary Islands: temporarily suspended

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
The delivery of the merchandise varies depending on the type of shipment you choose and the destination. Generally, delivery times are as follows:
Shipping to Peninsular Spain: 48 working hours or 3 working daysShipments to the Canary Islands: temporarily suspended
Shipping to Balearic Islands: 4 to 5 business days
Please note that if you make your purchase on a Friday or during the weekend, the order may be processed on Monday. Parcel companies do not work on holidays, so your order will be managed the next business day. Anational and Community of Madrid holidays apply.
We will notify you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Exceptionally, there may be force majeure factors that delay the delivery of your order (strikes, accidents, etc.) or times of the year with greater influx of shipments (Christmas) in which there may be delays in the delivery of shipments.
Can I exchange or return the products?

If you buy clothes with us on first Size change is free.
Certain conditions apply outside of mainland Spain.

What conditions must the product meet for exchanges or returns?
We ask that in order to return or exchange the product it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging and keep the labels attached to the item.
What size should I buy?
Children's sizes vary depending on their build and height. If it is a gift, we advise you to ask your parents what size they are wearing.
In any case, you can always support yourself the Size Guide that is available on each product sheet.

How I can pay for my purchase?
You can pay with BIZUM, credit card or Paypal. If you wish you can also pay in Cash in case of pick up your order personally in Madrid.
How can I locate my package?
Once your package is prepared, you will receive an email with the details of your order and tracking number.
During the management of your package, the shipping company will send you an email notifying you of the status of your package.
