Peninsular Spain and Madrid

Shipping in Peninsular Spain is free from €35. For lower orders the cost is as follows:

- Standard Shipping with delivery in 2 to 3 business days: €4.99.

- Fast Shipping with delivery in 24-48 business hours: €7.99

If you are in Madrid and you wish, you can pick up your order FREE by checking the option at the time of purchase and look for it at our address in Sanchinarro.

Delivery times vary depending on the contracted shipping rate. Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. are processed to ship the next day, that is, if you buy on a Monday before 6:00 p.m. you will receive your purchase on Wednesday. Purchases made during the weekend or on Friday after 6:00 p.m. will be received on Wednesday. Purchases made on holidays (national and Community of Madrid holidays apply) are processed the next business day.

We will notify you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Balearic Islands

Shipments to the Balearic Islands are free from €70. For lower orders the cost is €11.50. Delivery times are 4 to 5 business days

 

Canary Islands

Shipments to the Canary Islands are temporarily suspended.

Shipping to Portugal

Shipping to Portugal is free from €40. For smaller orders the cost is as follows:

- Shipping with delivery up to 5 business days: €5.50.

Orders will be picked up at the Pack Point closest to the customer's address. Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. are processed to ship the next day, that is, if you buy on a Monday before 6:00 p.m. you will receive your purchase on Wednesday. Purchases made during the weekend or on Friday after 6:00 p.m. are shipped on Monday. Purchases made on holidays (national and Community of Madrid holidays apply) are processed the next business day.

Delays due to force majeure

Your orders will be sent via a parcel service to the address you provide us. Exceptionally, there may be force majeure factors that delay the delivery of your order (strikes, accidents, etc.) or times of the year with greater influx of shipments (Christmas) in which there may be delays in the delivery of shipments.
