Do you have a physical store?

Currently we only sell online (we do not have a physical store). Online sales allow us to work without borders and quickly manage all orders for our clients.

We guarantee that products are stored and shipped with delicacy and care, wrapped in tissue paper and protected with bags made of recycled plastic.

To protect the environment we do not include return labels in our packages, we will send them to you by email if necessary.

What size should I buy?

You can use the Size Guide that is available in each product.

Children's sizes vary depending on their build and height. If it is a gift we advise you to ask your parents what size they are wearing.

How and when will I receive my purchase?

We send your purchase through a parcel service to the address you provide us. If you are in Madrid you can PICK UP your order FOR FREE by checking the option at the time of purchase and looking for it at our address.

Delivery times depend on the type of shipping you choose:

Peninsular Spain: Express: 48 working hours or Standard: 3 working days
Balearic Islands: 4 to 5 working days
Canary Islands: temporarily suspended

Please note that if you make your purchase on a Friday or during the weekend, the order may be processed on Monday. Parcel companies do not work on holidays, so your order will be managed the next business day. National and Community of Madrid holidays apply.

We will notify you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Exceptionally, there may be force majeure factors that delay the delivery of your order (strikes, accidents, etc.) or times of the year with greater influx of shipments (Christmas) in which there may be delays in the delivery of shipments.

We offer FREE shipping for your purchase:

    • Balearic Islands: from €50
For smaller purchases, the costs are:
    • Shipments to Peninsular Spain:
        ◦ Standard in 2 to 3 business days: from €4.99
        ◦ Express in 24/48 business hours: from €7.99
    • Shipments to the Balearic Islands: €11.50 (delivery in 4 to 5 business days)
    • Shipments to the Canary Islands: temporarily suspended

How I can pay for my purchase?

You can pay with BIZUM, Credit Card or Paypal.
If you wish, you can also pay in Cash if you pick up your order in Madrid.

How can I exchange or return the products?

You can exchange or return your products EASILY within 30 calendar days of purchase.
In addition, if you buy clothes with us the first Size Change is free.
Certain conditions apply outside of mainland Spain. Custom products do not allow changes.

How much do returns cost?
Returns cost the same as standard shipping. For Mainland Spain they cost €4.99 and the Balearic Islands €8.50. The cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
